Successful cases of impacting business in her in-house experience included helping the company transform from Business Tax model to a VAT model by effective client communications to retain the tax benefits within the company, improving the company’s employee engagement level to Best Employer performance in two years, building workplace communications as part of onsite facility services to create new organic growth opportunities for the company.

She has been always making the most of her dual background in Communications and Business, putting her efforts on making business impact from Communications perspective.
She is also an experienced trainer for spokespersons and media handling skills, managing organizational change, and crisis management. One of the most frequent feedbacks about Liza’s training is that she can always relate Communications with business activities and even financial spreadsheets to help non-communications executives to better understand the power of Communications.
